Exchange
1. You can only exchange for a new size.
2. You may exchange within 7 days of having received your product.
3. To make an exchange you can go to ( paste link from website ) or just drop a mail to  info@psfurnitureworks.in
4. You need not pay for any courier charges for exchanges. It’s free.
5. Products may be exchanged just once.
6. Once you request an exchange, our courier partners will pick up the old size from you. At the same time we will dispatch the new size. In all it should take upto 14 working days for you to receive your new size.
Return & Refunds
1. You may return any product on our website.
2. Return needs to be made within 7 days of having received your product.
3. You need to ensure the product being returned has the  tag on and in its original packing.
4. To make a return you can go to the (  psfurnitureworks.in ) or just drop an e-mail with the reason to  info@psfurnitureworks.in
5. In case you are returning a product due to a manufacturing defect, then send us an image of the defect on  info@psfurnitureworks.in

7. Once you request a return, our courier partners will pick up the product from you. After having received the same, the product will be checked by us in case of any damages. Once confirmed okay, the refund will be received by you within 15 days of the product having reached us.
